WTI사의 새로운 MPC-Series Managed Power Controllers 는
web browser, telnet, external modem or
local terminal를 통해 보안 접속하여 전원 관리를 할 수 있습니다.
MPC는
연결된 장비의 전원을 모니터 할 수 있으며, 전류, 온도, 회로 단절상태
또는 사용자가 정해논 값을 초과 할 때 자동적으로 사용자에게 알려
줍니다.
각각의 전원 포트는 원격에서 개별적으로 또는 그룹으로 On/Off
할 수 있으며,
각 회로에 대한 전체 power 사용량, 전류, 전압,
온도의 변화를 그래픽으로 보여질 수 있습니다.

Power Monitoring and
Notification
MPC는 계속적으로 현재의 전류,온도, 회로의 상태를
네트웍을 통해 모니터 할 수 있게 합니다.
MPC
detects는 사용자가 지정한 값을 초과시 즉시 사용자에게 email, SNMP, Syslog, text message, LED or
audible alarm을 통해 알려 줍니다.
또한 MPC는 네트웍 통신이 안될 때도 통보
해 줍니다.
로그 파일을 통해 전류 상태를 기록하며, XML, 또는
CVS format으로 기록 가능합니다. 장비의 web
interface를 통해 그랙픽으로 보여 줍니다.
Security and
Co-Location Features
Secure Shell (SSHv2) encryption 기능과
address-specific IP security 기능으로 비 인증자의 장비의 환경설정이나 명령을
차단 할 수 있습니다.
MPC는 또한 사용자 보안의 두가지 다른 레벨(Supervisor level and the Non-Supervisor level)을
제공합니다.
Supervisor
level provides complete access to all plug functions, operating features and
configuration menus.
Non-Supervisor level is ideal for co-location
applications, since users are only permitted to view status and connect to the
plugs allowed by their user name and password.
The MPC also features SSL
security for the web interface; allowing up to five simultaneous SSL web browser
sessions. SSH protects the text interface.
The MPC includes full Radius support,
LDAP capability, DHCP and an invalid access lockout feature.
An Audit Trail
feature records all user access, login and logout times and command actions.
Convenient, Durable
Design
MPC는 두 개의 분리된 전원 회로로 되어있으며, 각 회로당

240 VAC 모델은 IEC320-C13 outlets 지원.
MPC is also available with an
optional remote front panel, which can be used to display the status of MPC
units that are installed in hard-to-reach spots within equipment racks.
